State Farm® Insurance Agent Mike Maclean

"Mike Maclean has been my local State Farm agent since moving to Nashville. I have renter's and car insurance through Mike Macleans agency. I have been trying for months to make changes to my renter's insurance policy and Mike Maclean has denied those changes, going directly against what my policy explicitly outlines as one of my options as a named insured on the policy. In the last 3 days, I have reached out to Mike's office 6 times via cell and left multiple voicemails. No one has returned my calls. I visited the office located on Trinity Lane and there were no staff available to help me. Mike Maclean and Taylor are refusing to respond to me and resolve the issue with my policy. I am extremely disappointed in this agency's lack of communication and blatant refusal to resolve an issue that has a clear fix based on the written language in the policy. I otherwise had an okay experience with this agency prior to the issues that have come up in the last few months."

I haven't had any auto claims, so I can't speak to that resolution process, but I have used the State Farm roadside assistance insurance for towing my car and that was easy. Would highly recommend"
